PURPOSE: A signal processing device and a method thereof are provided to monitor data per corresponding weather through learning according to each weather property. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(440) selects monitoring corresponding to inputted image information through an input unit among preset plural modeling. The control unit removes noise component, which is included in the image information based on the characteristic of the selected modeling. A display unit(450) outputs image information which removed the noise component. The control unit selects modeling corresponding to weight sum having minimum value among a plurality of calculated weight sum among the plurality of modeling.
