<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage by mitigating the shock imposed on a pedestrian in the event of collision of a vehicle against the pedestrian. <P>SOLUTION: A lighting fixture housing 4 is constituted of a lamp housing 2 and a cover 3 closing the front opening of the lamp housing. The inside of the lighting fixture housing is horizontally rotatably arranged with a lamp unit 6 having a light source 14a, and is provided with: a supporting member 16 horizontally rotatably supporting the lamp unit; an actuator 17 functioning as an actuating source for horizontally rotating the lamp unit; a bracket 7 connected to the actuator; a shaft 18 provided at an upper part so as to function as a fulcrum to rotate in the horizontal direction; and a shaft holder 19 supporting the shaft on the supporting member.
