PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which has a high light extraction efficiency and a superior suppression function of an external light reflection. SOLUTION: This has a light-emitting element to emit red color, the light-emitting element to emit green color, and the light-emitting element to emit blue color, and a circularly polarizing plate 40 on the light extraction side of respective light-emitting elements. The periodical structure 30 in which light generated in a light-emitting layer and guided toward an in-plane direction of the substrate is extracted from the light extraction side of the light-emitting element is arranged in respective light-emitting elements, while periods of the periodical structures 30 of respective light-emitting elements are the same, and the period of the periodical structure 30 is larger than 200 nm, and 380 nm or less.
