<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time-series signal measuring device capable of acquiring a time-series signal highly accurately, even when using one femtosecond laser. <P>SOLUTION: This time-series signal measuring device includes: the femtosecond laser for emitting pulse laser light by changing a repeated frequency; a beam splitter for splitting the pulse laser light into pulse laser light for measurement and pulse laser light for detection; and a detector entered by incident light which is terahertz light excited by the pulse laser light for measurement, for outputting a signal by the incident light within a time when the pulse laser light for detection enters. In the device for measuring a time-series signal of the incident light by acquiring an output signal at each time from a detection means as a time decomposition signal, an optical path length of a detection side optical path through which the pulse laser light for detection is guided is set so as to acquire incident light emitted at a time which is different from the time when the pulse laser light for detection is emitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
