PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a hip point further downward, by thinning a seat cushion by thinning a cushion pad. SOLUTION: In a constitution for lifting a seat by tilting a rear side link 22 by moving an arm 70 by a driving unit 60, by connecting a rear end part of the arm 70 to the rear side link 22 among front-rear links 21 and 22 for liftably supporting a cushion frame 50 by an upper rail 3, a connecting part (an arm shaft 72) of the arm 70 to the rear side link 22 is arranged between an installation part of a rear side pipe 42 to the rear side link 22 and an installation part (a link shaft 32) to a rear side bracket 12 of the rear side link 22.
