PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head having a nozzle plate in which deformation is suppressed (as the result, discharge efficiency is favorable), dimensional accuracy is high (as the result, image quality is high) and which has a liquid discharge property excellent in long-term stability, and a liquid cartridge and an image forming device using the liquid discharge head. SOLUTION: In the liquid discharge head having the nozzle plate having a nozzle for discharging liquid droplets and a plurality of flow channel members, the nozzle plate has a laminated structure including a resin member and an etching stop layer.
