PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase control device capable of reducing the intensity of electromagnetic noise. SOLUTION: A phase control device includes two switch portions for phase control that turn on/off power supply from a common power source to loads that are different from each other. At a first switch portion, which is one of the two switch portions that are to output same power, the phase control angle is a reference angleθs that corresponds to an input instruction. A second switch portion, which is the other of the two switch portions that are to output the same power, periodically repeats an operation in which a positive-side angleθp that is larger than the reference angleθs and a negative-side angleθm that is smaller than the reference angleθs are each used twice as the phase control angle. As a result, in comparison with a case where a common phase angle is used at all switch portions, electromagnetic noise is generated at various times, and thereby the total intensity of electromagnetic noise is reduced.
