<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, method and device for measuring toner adhesion and adhesion distribution among particles of a toner sample. <P>SOLUTION: The method for measuring toner adhesion and adhesion distribution includes the steps of randomly applying a measuring toner to a surface, applying a force to the measuring toner using a plurality of energizing members, and measuring a rolling resistance of the measuring toner.
