PURPOSE: A short range device, a multiple full-duplex group communication method and system, and a gateway system to interface a different communication network using same are provided to perform bidirectional multi-user group communication in a mobile terminal through local communication technology. CONSTITUTION: A codec(130) encodes or decodes a video signal and/or an audio signal, and an input and output unit(140) outputs the video signal and/or the audio signal. A control unit(150) performs bidirectional multi-user group communication with another wireless terminal. The control unit transmits and receives the video and/or audio signal to and from the other wireless terminal.
