<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card connector in which the width dimension of a contact can be made small while securing a prescribed contact pressure of the contact and plastic deformation of the contact can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The connector is equipped with a body 100 having a card insertion hole 101 capable of inserting a card C, a floating member 200 which is arranged movably in vertical direction in the card insertion hole 101, contacts 300a, 300b, and a cover 400 which has an elastic member 420 to energize the floating member 200 upward. The bending portions 310a, 320a of the contacts 300a, 300b are adhered to an engagement block 140 of the body 100. The portions other than the top part of contact parts 340, 340b of the contacts 300a, 300b are adhered to the floating member 200, and the top part projects from the upper face of the floating member 200 to the contact portions C11, C12 of the card C respectively capable of contacting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
