<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that troublesome work is imposed on a user because an originator has to prepare a template reusable for writing out a patent application document, manually for himself or herself, when writing out the patent application document by a patent application document preparation support device or when writing out the patent application document manually, in a conventional information processor. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with: a patent information storage part for storing patent information including detailed statement information being information showing contents of a patent; a template information extraction part for extracting template information being information including one or more sentences reusable when writing out the patent application document from the patent information stored in the patent information storage part; and a template information storage part for storing the template information extracted by the template information extraction part.
