PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device capable of suppressing thermal displacement between fixed cam and movable cam made of resin and a metal fastening rod due to a change of an environmental temperature by the fixed cam and movable cam. SOLUTION: When the fixed cam 53, the movable cam 54 and an operating lever 55 are molded by a composite material in which a material having a negative thermal expansion coefficient is dispersed in resin having a positive thermal expansion coefficient, the thermal expansion coefficients of the fixed cam 53, the movable cam 54 and the operating lever 55 can be brought close to that of the metal fastening rod 5. As a result, the thermal displacement between the fastening rod 5 and the fixed cam 53 and between the fastening rod 5 and movable cam 54 due to the change of the environmental temperature is suppressed, fluctuation of operation force of the operating lever 55 becomes small, prescribed clamp force can be easily obtained, and operation feeling of the operating lever 55 is kept in a good state.
