PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of mitigating efforts to solve a problem. SOLUTION: The heating cooker comprises a casing, a heating chamber provided in the casing for storing an object to be heated, a dial 46 operated by a user, a color liquid crystal display part 36 for carrying out screen display for showing a method for solving the user's problem and screen display for executing a menu of the solving method, and a control device for controlling display of the dial 46 according to operation to the dial 46. When operation set beforehand is carried out with respect to the dial 46 during the screen display for showing the method for solving the user's problem, the control device controls the display of the color liquid crystal display part 36 so that the screen display showing the method for solving the user's problem can be directly switched to the screen display for showing the menu of the solving method.
