PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam trap in which only trap section can be easily replaced with either of thermostatic type and thermodynamic type even after attachment to a steam pipe line. SOLUTION: A primary flow passage 6 communicating to the inlet port 4 of a valve box 2, and a secondary flow passage 7 communicating to the outlet port 5 are vertically branched respectively, lower branch openings 6b and 7b of both flow passages 6 and 7 are communicated to a bypass chamber 17 arranged in a valve box 2 lower section, a blind valve 14 simultaneously opening/closing each of the lower branch openings 6b and 7b is rotatably arranged centrally to the valve box 2 in the bypass chamber 17. A secondary communicating passage 20 with the secondary flow passage 7, in which a valve seat opening 19 is arranged on the center of the upper end, is formed by boring in a valve box 2 upper section, a primary communicating passage 22, between an outer ring groove 21 arranged in concave around the valve seat opening 19 and the primary flow passage 6, is formed by boring; a turntable 13, which operates in rotation while being operated with the blind valve 14, is arranged, and a trap section 3 of either of a thermostatic trap 3a and thermodynamic trap 3b, is attached to the turntable 13 to be alternately replaceable.
