PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that much work hours and labor are required for maintenance, check up, and replacement of a vertical bus line 9 and a vertical bus line support 10 in a vertical bus line chamber 4. SOLUTION: A switchboard 1 having a vertical bus line 9 arranged in a vertical bus line chamber 4 includes a pair of vertical bus line chamber frames 15 facing each other across the vertical bus line 9 and serving as a base of the vertical bus line chamber 4, a front side vertical bus line partition plate 16 attached to a rear surface side of the vertical bus line chamber frame 15, and a rear surface side vertical bus line partition plate 17 which is supported by the vertical bus line chamber frame 15 and is so formed in U-shape in cross section as to cover the vertical bus line 9.
