PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple hull composting technique since a hull discharged in a threshing process is an excellent organic material, but has a structure rich in silicic acid, microbial degradation thereof is difficult, and is not used effectively, at least a hull of rice reaches 3 million ton a year, if composting thereof can be performed efficiently, it will contribute to resource circulation and contribute to arable land soil improvement. SOLUTION: The hull or hull which is ground is added with bran and wheat bran which contain starch as a fermentation auxiliary and water, added with genus Aspergillus, yeasts, genus Trichoderma fungus material proliferated beforehand and deposited. Saccharification of starch by the genus Aspergillus, subsequently proliferation of yeasts using formed sugar, and further proliferation of the genus Trichoderma using a sugar or yeast secreted material are continued. Bacillus distribution, equalization of moisture, and supplying of oxygen are performed by suitable cutback, thereby a microorganism ecosystem is formed to decompose the hull by aerobic fermentation.
