PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel control substrate which is adaptable to a connection device, without having to change the substrate. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal panel control substrate 11, connected to a liquid crystal driver 14 of a liquid crystal panel section 16 and driving the liquid crystal driver 14, includes a differential driver 13 which outputs a differential signal; a connection part 23 which is connected to the liquid crystal driver 14 side; a differential pattern 22 which can be separated between the differential driver 13 and the connection section 23; and a mount element 25, which is mounted on the differential pattern 22 wherein the mount element 25 can be replaced so that the differential wiring of positive and negative polarities between the differential driver 13 and the connection part 23 is made replaceable.
