PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for a construction vehicle and a method of attaching the tire, which can suppress a degradation of a heat-generation property while having a high wear resistance when the tire is used particularly as a rear tire, and can suppress an eccentric wear along the tire width when plural tires are attached to the vehicle. SOLUTION: A zigzag narrow groove 21, a side narrow groove 32, and a lateral narrow groove 22 are arranged in a tread part 10 to form two-row block lines 24a and 24b where a plurality of polygonal block land parts 23a and 23b with more than five sides are arranged in parallel circumferentially along the tire. An amplitude center X of the zigzag narrow groove 21 is arranged offset from a tire equator E by a given distance G along the tire width.
