PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferritic stainless steel material in which coarsening is prevented even when the material is exposed to high-temperature brazing as a heat exchanger member.
SOLUTION: The ferritic stainless steel material contains, by mass,≤0.03% C, >0.1 to 3% Si, 0.1-2% Mn, 10-35% Cr, 0.2-0.8% Nb,≤0.03% N and according to need,≤4% in total of at least one of Mo, Cu, V and W, or in addition,≤0.5% in total of at least one of Ti and Zr, or in addition, further≤5% in total of at least one of Ni and Co, or in addition, further at least one of≤6% Al,≤0.2% REM (rare-earth metals) and≤0.1% Ca, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. This ferritic stainless steel material for brazing has a partial recrystallized structure whose area ratio of recrystallized particles generated by heating after cold working is 10-80%.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
|
