PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape-form percutaneous absorption preparation having excellent percutaneous absorbability and high safety and usability and suitable for treatment of bone calcium metabolic disorders such as osteoporosis and bone Paget's disease. SOLUTION: The tape-form percutaneous absorption preparation includes bisphosphonate and an antioxidant. The antioxidant is added to suppress skin inflammation caused by the bisphosphonate, and effective antioxidants are sodium nitrite, sodium hydrogen nitrite, soybean lecithin, methionine, glycyrrhetinic acid, dibutylhydroxytoluene (BHT), butylhydroxyanisole (BHA), vitamin E and its derivative, vitamin C and its derivative, benzotriazole, propyl gallate and mercaptobenzimidazole.
