摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric storage device capable of reducing deviation in voltage balance due to discharge from storage elements and detecting disconnection. SOLUTION: The electric storage device includes: a plurality of storage elements 21 connected in series; capacitors 23 electrically connected to both ends of every other storage element 21; a voltage detecting circuit 27 which is electrically connected to the both ends of each of the storage elements 21 via a voltage detection line 25 and detects the voltage of the storage elements 21 (Vi:i=1 to n, n is the number of series of the storage elements 21); and a control circuit 41 electrically connected to the voltage detecting circuit 27. When the storage elements 21 are in a charging discharging state, the control circuit 41 obtains a change margin (ΔVi) of the voltage (Vi) of each of the storage elements 21 in a prescribed period (Δt), and determines that a voltage detection line 25 between the storage element 21 in which the change margin (ΔVi) is not more than a prescribed value (ΔVs) and the voltage detecting circuit 27 is disconnected.
