MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ANTIOXIDATIVE COMPONENT DERIVED FROM SAKE LEES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antioxidative component exhibiting excellent inhibiting actions on active oxygen. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the antioxidative component comprises subjecting sake lees to extraction with an alcohol to obtain an alcohol-soluble fraction and washing the thus-obtained alcohol-soluble fraction with water to recover a water-insoluble fraction.
