PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a bowl-shaped rubber lid, which can be a food preparation tool for shaking and mixing by making the container lid in the bowl shape and of a rubber material so that the lid can also be used for cooking in a microwave oven. SOLUTION: The container with the bowl-shaped rubber lid includes a container body having a circular opening and a bowl-shaped rubber lid so that the lid detachably seals the container body. One can hold a flange portion formed at the edge of the engaging part to shake the container to mix contents. Because a bowl top portion of the bowl-shaped rubber lid and the edge portion which is thicker than the top portion are integrally formed of a silicone rubber having elasticity, the container can be used for cooking in a microwave oven with the lid.
