PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone/earphone for suppressing deterioration of reproduction sound by accurately acquiring an external ear canal sound. SOLUTION: The microphone/earphone 100 includes: a speaker SP which is connected to an acoustic device 60 including a function of measuring acoustic characteristics of an external ear canal of a listener and outputs an acoustic signal toward the external ear canal of the listener: a microphone device 10 disposed outside the external ear canal of the listener; an acoustic tube 20 having one terminal connected to the microphone device 10 and another terminal 20E opened on the external ear canal of the listener; and a case 40 which houses the speaker SP therein and includes an opening 42 disposed to guide sound output from the speaker to the external ear canal of the listener, wherein an inner diameter of the acoustic tube 20 is smaller than a diameter of the opening 42.
