PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling by enclosing hooks within a range of thickness formed by a pair of support legs in the closed state of the pair of support legs. SOLUTION: The pair of support legs 11, 12 are connected at one end with a hinge 13 so as to be openable/closable, and both support legs 11, 12 are provided with a plurality of rungs 16, 18 at required spaces between a pair of posts 15, 17. The rung 16 on the other end side of the support legs 11 is provided with the hooks 14 having shaft parts 20, inside the outer surfaces of the support legs 12 and in a state of facing the support leg 12 side. The shaft parts 20 are slidable along the posts 15 by guide bodies 21 provided at two parts of the rung 16. The guide body 21 is provided with a locking implement 23 for regulating sliding of the shaft part 20 in the state of the hook 14 being located at the rung 16. When the support legs 11, 12 are closed, the hooks 14 are located inside the outer surfaces of the support legs 12 and compactly settled with the shaft parts 20 within the range of thickness formed by the pair of support legs 11, 12.
