<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the troublesomeness of moving or changing the direction of a non-contact medium reading device that is operated with a customer and a sales clerk facing each other at a place having a small installation space around a cash register because of the integrated compactness thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This face-to-face operable device which integrates a sales clerk operating part, a customer holding up part and a password input part includes: a means for switching the direction of a display screen from the sales clerk side to the facing customer side, for example, by the sales clerk's pressing down an enter key after an operation end; and a means for switching the display direction of numeric keypads and dedicated keys of an input part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
