<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery suppressing thermal runaway by appropriately radiating heat generated in the central part within the battery and increasing the cycle life. <P>SOLUTION: The secondary battery 10 includes: a container 11 storing an electrolyte on the inside; a laminate 12 including a sheet-like positive electrode plate 18 and a sheet-like negative electrode plate 20, which are alternately laminated, and a separator 21 interposed between the positive electrode plate 18 and the negative electrode plate 20, and housed in the container 11; and a radiator plate 13 arranged in the container 11. The radiator plate 13 includes: a sheet-like radiator plate body 22 interposed between the positive electrode plate 18 and the negative electrode plate 20 of the laminate; and a contact part 23 having a contact surface 23A along the inner surface 11A of the container 11 and bringing the radiator plate body 22 into contact with the inner surface 11A on the contact surface 23A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
