<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking and driving force control device for accurately suppressing change in braking force or driving force generated due to switching of a mode. <P>SOLUTION: The braking and driving force control device is configured to switch between a first mode for obtaining a driving force and a braking force to be generated in a vehicle by using either the manipulated variables of an accelerator pedal or the manipulated variables of a brake pedal and a second mode for obtaining a driving force from the manipulated variables of the accelerator pedal, and for obtaining a braking force from the manipulated variables of the brake pedal, and the braking and driving force control device includes a mode switching means (step S2 or S6) for, when such conditions that the second mode is switched to the first mode are established, switching the second mode to the first mode when the manipulated variables of the accelerator pedal exceed a prescribed value, and for obtaining a driving force and a braking force from the manipulated variables of the accelerator pedal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
