<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for reducing noise in a preparation operation by a cooling fan. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor is characterized by having: a means to measure elapsed time of a power saving condition in a clock section at starting the preparation operation; a means to compute driving switching time for switching a drive of the cooling fan from a half speed rotation to a full speed rotation when the elapsed time of the power saving condition is under prescribed time; a means to drive the cooling fan with the half speed rotation at starting of the preparation operation; a means to switch the cooling fan to the full speed rotation after a driving switching time lapse from start of the preparation operation so as to drive the fan; a means to compute drive start time until driving of the cooling fan from the start of the preparation operation, and the driving switching time when the elapsed time of the power saving condition is equal to or more than the prescribed time; a means to drive the cooling fan with the half speed rotation when the drive start time has passed from the start of the preparation operation; and a means to change the cooling fan to the full speed rotation when the driving switching time has passed from the start of the preparation operation, in an information processor equipped with a low voltage power source linked to a main power supply, the cooling fan which cools the interior of a device and a clock section which measures time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
