<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SAW sensor device capable of reducing a loss of a sample, and reducing interference and noise of a signal. <P>SOLUTION: In a technology regarding the SAW sensor device 101, oscillators 310, 320, 330, 340 are mounted in the nonparallel state with SAW sensors 210, 220, 230, 240, to thereby reduce intervals between each SAW sensor. Consequently, waste of the sample can be reduced remarkably, and even in the case of an oscillation system, interference and noise of the signal can be reduced, and high sensing sensitivity and excellent economical efficiency can be acquired. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
