<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which suppresses leakage of confidential information by indicating to a user that the confidential information, when it is to be included in an image to be formed. <P>SOLUTION: A paper processing section 160 is provided downstream of a fixing device 130. The paper-processing section 160 has a roller with blade 161 and an auxiliary roller 162. The paper-processing section 160 forms perforations P1 on paper P with an image formed thereon, when the paper P contains confidential information.
