<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner recycling device that has improved efficiency of recycling toner, by compressing the toner recycled in a recycling container and then causing it to fall, and to provide an image forming apparatus with the toner recycling device. <P>SOLUTION: In the toner recycling container of the image forming apparatus, a toner conveyance passages has, between an exhaust port and the terminal end of a conveying means, an area where toner is not conveyed by the conveying means.
