<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode plate for a capacitance type touch panel, including a structure allowing easy and accurate alignment between a plurality of patterns when sequentially forming each layer of the electrode plate for the capacitance type touch panel including a plurality of layers including the patterns from a transparent base material side. <P>SOLUTION: A layer first performed with the pattern formation on the transparent base material includes a light shielding property.
