PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of members to reduce thickness in a slide type cellular phone. SOLUTION: An upper plate 20 is fixed to an upper case 2, and a lower plate 30 is fixed to a lower case 3. A clearance keeper through-hole 21 is provided on the upper plate 20, a clearance keeper 11 integrally formed with the upper case 2 is penetrated and projected. A lower plate screw 31 provided on the lower plate 30 is brought into contact with the clearance keeper 11. Both of the upper plate 20 and the lower plate 30 are combined so that slide move may be attainable by providing a lower plate involving part 32 on the lower plate and involving a margin of the upper plate.
