PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present earthquake information, for a position of the other party, to the other party based on the earthquake information available for this side if the other party on hold cannot directly obtain earthquake information. SOLUTION: By an earthquake information notification method, earthquake information generated based on the earthquake information acquired by this side is reported to the other party during communication. The method includes: an earthquake information generation step of generating the earthquake information for the other side by adding position information of the other party to the information available for this side; and a reporting step of reporting the information generated by the earthquake information generation step to the other party during communication.
