PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin powder molding material with excellent soft feeling at low temperature and moist heat aging. SOLUTION: In the resin powder molding material containing polyurethane resin powder (A) comprising an aliphatic polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane resin (A0) and a plasticizer (B), the (B) contains a diester represented by general formula (1): R1-COO-(AO)n-CO-R2, and solubility parameter difference between (A0) and (B) is 0-1.5, wherein, R1and R2are each a group selected from the group consisting of a phenyl group and a phenyl group in which 1-3 hydrogen atoms are substituted with a 1-10C alkyl group and/or a halogen atom and may be the same and different; A is a 2-4C straight chain or branched alkylene group; and n is 3-50 when the carbon number of A is 2 and n is 2-50 when the carbon number of A is 3 or 4.
