PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a printed board capable of obviating the need of arranging a positioning projection for fixation at a position easily causing interference with a structure, and perfectly positioning the printed board in X-Y-Z directions. SOLUTION: A box-shaped case 10 includes Z-direction positioning members 20Z1-20Z4, Y-direction positioning members 20Y1-20Y2, and an X-direction positioning member 20X. The printed board 30 includes: cutouts 30Z1-30Z4 each having a size allowing lock projections of the Z-direction positioning members 20Y1-20Y2 to penetrate at parts separated by predetermined distances in a slide direction from the positions of the Z-direction positioning members 20Z1-20Z4 in a state fixed to the box-shaped case; cutouts 30Y1-30Y2 locked to the lock projections of the Y-direction positioning members; and longish cutouts 30X locked to an elongated lock projection of the X-direction positioning member 20X.
