PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and inexpensively recover electronic equipment that is exposed to a flood accident, to a normal electrically operating state. SOLUTION: The recovery apparatus 1 of electronic equipment has, on the upper face of a housing 2, an opening/closing lid 6 that opens/closes in the direction of the arrow θ and has a chamber 8 for storing electronic equipment inside the upper face of the housing 2 with the opening/closing lid 6 open. In the chamber 8, for example, a mobile phone 10 can be housed in a basket-like storage part 9 that is arranged in a suspended state in the lower face of the opening/closing lid 6. Thus, with the mobile phone 10 housed in the storage part 9, the opening/closing lid 6 is closed to hermetically seal the electronic equipment (mobile phone 10) in the chamber 8, enabling the mobile phone to be heated and dried in vacuum in the chamber 8. As a result, for example, the mobile phone 10 exposed to a flood accident can be recovered to a normal state in which a semiconductor substrate and a liquid crystal display device operate electrically.
