PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chocolate-molding apparatus for molding chocolate to be hollow whose construction is simplified. SOLUTION: The chocolate-molding apparatus includes: a chocolate mold 20 having a mating structure where a hollow inside area to be filled with chocolate as material is formed; a support 40 which supports the chocolate mold so as to be detachable and rotatable centering around a first rotary shaft; a base 50 which supports the support to be rotatable centering around a second rotary shaft along a direction intersecting with the first rotary shaft; and a rotary movement-imparting means which rotates the support around the second rotary shaft. In the apparatus, the second rotary shaft is orthogonal or slant to or in a vertical direction, and the chocolate mold has a center of gravity at a position eccentric from the shaft line of the second rotary shaft.
