The device has a frame for supporting a filling surface consisting of continuous or discontinuous surface filling elements and installed in a room or a part of a vertical arrangement. Removable maintenance and blocking units have adjustment foot (3) and a supporting surface (6), and maintain and block the frame in a vertical position at a level of a top part and a bottom part, and are operated by simple opposite contacts under pressure between two upper and lower surfaces. The elements have a panel (2) with a continuous structure. A front crossbeam (5) is fixed on a rear face of posts.
