PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture and a lens holder, which require neither the removing nor fixing of a lens when replacing the fixture and are available to diverse devices different in the shape of a device mount. SOLUTION: The lens holder 10 includes an alloy 3 and the fixture 11. The fixture 11 includes a fixture body 11A to which a surface 4b of the lens 4, on the opposite side of a machined surface 4a thereof, is fixed via the alloy 3, and a fixed base 11B which is fixed on the device mount. The fixed base 11B includes a plurality of fixed bases of different kinds, each of which has an engagement portion 12B that fits the mount shape of each type of device, and is removably attached to the fixture body 11A by a fixing means 13.
