SENSING UNIT OF WELDING AND AUTOMATIC WELDING APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A welding state sensing unit, which can automatically sense welding state by detecting the bending state of taken beam image and an automatic welding device with the same are provided to prevent the welding fails by preventing the repetition of a welding process. CONSTITUTION: A welding state sensing unit comprises a beam irradiation part(10), a camera(20) and a sensor(30). The beam irradiation part irradiates beam to an area to be welded. The beam irradiation part comprises a laser diode. The laser diode radiates stick laser beam in order to take images using a beam researched camera.
