<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process of producing aπ-conjugated conductive polymer film having high conductivity without using a conductivity enhancer. <P>SOLUTION: The process of producing theπ-conjugated conductive polymer film includes steps of: applying a coating agent containing aπ-conjugated conductive polymer on a substrate; drying the coating agent having been applied on the substrate; treating the dried substrate at temperatures of 10°C or higher and under high humidity atmosphere of 70% or more, or in hot water of 30°C or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
