PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic tomography apparatus acquiring a radiation tomographic image in which a diseased portion is emphasized and which is suitable for a diagnosis, without being affected by organs of brain/bladder. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a scaling section 24 for scaling detection values of an MIP image M0 and an axial image A0; and a reset section 26 for sending out a reset signal thereto. When the reset signal is sent out, the scaling section 24 discards the maximum value qualified at the point of time and newly qualifies both values. Accordingly, since the scaling section 24 can execute a scaling operation by obtaining the maximum value and the minimum value in an area having no photographed brain/bladder, detection values of the brain/bladder do not affect the whole of an adjustment MIP image M1, thereby enabling the adjustment MIP image M1 to be acquired, in which the diseased portion is emphasized and which is suitable for the diagnosis.
