<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device wherein vibrations in two different directions can be taken out as independent vibrations and a lens barrel using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The drive device that relatively drives a first part and a second part (3) includes a piezoelectric element (6) that drives the second part, a base section (2) that drivably supports the second part through the piezoelectric element, and an electrode section (6a) to which the driving voltage of the piezoelectric element is applied.
