<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a light emitting part of an inner lens to be tapered off to make an LED light source invisible from outside and to diffuse the light from the LED source in a wide range at an inclined surface of the light emitting part to make the whole of an outer lens emit light brightly by one LED light source. <P>SOLUTION: In a side turn signal lamp 1, a lens portion 4a of an outer lens 4 is exposed from an opening 3 of a mirror housing 2, and an LED light source 9 is mounted on a light source base board 7 on a mirror housing 2 inner side, and the light is guided to the lens portion 4a by the inner lens 5. The inner lens 5 includes a light guide part 19 for making the light from an incident part 17 go straight along a main optical axis A and a light emitting part 20 for emitting the light from the light guide part 19. The light emitting part 20 is formed tapered-off by a pair of inclined surfaces opposing each other and is inserted into an insertion hole 14 of the lens portion 4a.
