摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength conversion laser beam source for respectively adjusting output beam strengths of a plurality of laser beams output by using the plurality of laser beams and performing wavelength conversion. SOLUTION: The wavelength conversion laser beam source 301 includes: lasers (11-1, 2) which output excitation beams of wavelength different from each other; an optical multiplexer/demultiplexer 12 which multiplexes the excitation beams (L1, L2) from the lasers (11-1, 2) and outputs a plurality of multiplexed beams L3; wavelength conversion parts (14-1, 2) containing a wavelength conversion element which converts wavelength in each multiplexed beam L3 output from the optical multiplexer/demultiplexer 12; variable optical attenuators (13-1, 2) which attenuate optical intensities of the multiplexed beams L3 output by the optical multiplexer/demultiplexer 12 between the optical multiplexer/demultiplexer 12 and wavelength conversion parts (14-1, 2); and attenuation control circuits (17-1, 2) which adjust attenuation amounts of the variable optical attenuators (13-1, 2) so as to keep the optical intensities of output beams Lo output from the wavelength conversion parts (14-1, 2) constant.
