PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of drain water and suppress deformation and breakage caused by an external force such as a treading force applied to a lid member using a structure for preventing the leakage. SOLUTION: A drain water treatment device includes: a groove forming base material 6 having a groove 6A to form the drainage W; and a joint guiding an inflow of drain water from the drain pipe to the drainage W in a drainage forming device B including the lid member 7 fitted to the groove forming base material 6 while closing an opening of the groove 6A having a connection part 8B with respect to a drain pipe 3. An elastic seal material 9 for preventing the leakage of water passing from the drainage W through a fitting face between the groove forming base material 6 and the lid member 7 is provided between opposing faces of the groove forming base material 6 and the lid member 7, in a state compressed by an external force applied to the lid member 7.
