PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance, reliability, or the like of data writing processing by using a plurality of storage devices having different qualities. SOLUTION: A data write instruction to a target storage device is converted into a data write instruction to a storage device for temporary storage, and the data write instruction is used to write data in the storage device for temporary storage. Thus, at least a portion of the data write processing to the target storage device is distributed to the storage device for temporary storage, so that the performance, reliability, or the like of data writing processing is improved.
