METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING METAL PARTICLE THREE-DIMENSIONAL MESH STRUCTURE IN RESIN MATERIAL, AND RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT WITH THE METAL PARTICLE THREE-DIMENSIONAL MESH STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an excellent molding function and accuracy by coating a molding resin with a metal mesh-like member, and implanting metal particles from the outside to efficiently transfer heat from a heat source and resin molding energy as heat and to quickly uniform the internal temperature of the molding resin material to a molding temperature. SOLUTION: A surface layer part of the resin molding material is coated with the metal mesh-like member, and the metal particles are implanted almost perpendicularly to arrange the metal particles by closest packing. A magnetic field is applied in a direction penetrating the resin molding material. A chain-like or conical aggregate is thereby formed in the resin material with a magnetic pole surface as a starting surface and with a wire intersecting part of the metal mesh-like member as a starting point to construct a three-dimensional mesh structure with the metal particles.
